Several trips called for us to fly into London or Paris.  Then we were suppose to fly to Athens or Rome for the start of a trip and then end up in another city in Europe at the end.  We fly into our main city London or Paris on our usual US carries that we have and get miles on, stay their for a couple days and then we fly outbound to another city and then when the trip is over, we fly back to London or Paris for our return to the States.

Every time I have tried to price Air France or British Air or other European airlines for the inter-Europe part of our trips, the cost is very, very high.  Then I will go to my Airline Consolidator that I use and I can usually find the fare for 1/3 or 1/2 off the published airline fare.  Get this, my tickets are always on Air France or British Air and I could not get close to getting the fare that my consolidator gave me.  The flights are always the usual Air France or British Air quality and we have always received miles and good seats.

So, do I recommend Airline Consolidators?  You Bet!  I have saved many thousands of dollars and using them has always be quick, easy and I have never had a problem or issue.  I will list some of my favorite consolidator sites.  I have not used them all and I can only say that you need to check out any company that you purchase tickets from.  Use a credit card and if something happens, you should be covered and have recourse.
